date, unless a different shipping schedule has been agreed upon in advance with us and the customer.
- Estimated Delivery Dates: Delivery dates are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed
unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
- Delivery Methods: Digital products and services will be delivered via email, links, or
uploaded to a client-agreed site such as GitHub, GitLab, etc.
- Cost Calculation: Delivery costs are included in the total transaction amount and are
calculated based on the method of delivery agreed upon.
- Payment Collection: Delivery charges, if applicable, are collected as part of the overall
payment for digital products and/or services and are non-refundable.
- Delivery Delays: Delivery dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We
are not liable for delays beyond the estimated delivery date.
- Contact for Issues: If you have not received your digital product or service within seven
days past the estimated delivery date, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
- Email Delivery: If delivery is via email, ensure your provided email address is accurate.
We are not responsible for issues related to incorrect or incomplete email addresses.
- Link Delivery: If delivery is via a link, the link will be sent to the provided email
address or shared as agreed. Ensure that your email or access instructions are correct.
- Site Upload: For delivery via client-agreed sites (e.g., GitHub, GitLab), we will upload
the product to the specified repository or site. Access to the site should be properly set up by the client.
- Order Processing Time: Orders are processed after payment verification. Delays in
processing are not the responsibility of the seller.
- Order Tracking: Tracking information may be provided if applicable, but we are not
responsible for tracking delays.
- Delivery Time Estimates: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the delivery
method and location. We are not liable for variations from estimated times.
- Delivery Confirmation: It is your responsibility to confirm receipt of the product and
inspect it immediately upon delivery. We are not liable for issues reported after delivery confirmation.
- Lost or Damaged Deliveries: Report lost or damaged digital deliveries to us within 7 days
of the estimated delivery date. Claims outside this period may not be honored.
- Incorrect Details: We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete
details provided for email or site delivery.
- Delivery Confirmation: It is your responsibility to confirm receipt and access to digital
products immediately upon delivery. We are not liable for issues reported after delivery confirmation.
- Order Modifications: Changes to delivery details cannot be made once the order is
processed.
- Refunds for Non-Delivery: Refunds or replacements for non-delivery are subject to our
return policy and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
